Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will confirm if your order is eligible for a return. If approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back the item.

Shipping the Item Back: The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will either send you the correct item or issue a refund for the purchase price of the wrong item.
